In recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and that they have occupied and cared for the continent we all live on for the past 65,000 year, we are celebrating NAIDOC week this year from 8th-15th November.This year's NAIDOC theme is "Always Was, Always Will Be".
Today is World Teachers Day, a time to thank the teachers of The Hester Hornbrook Academy for their tireless commitment and dedication to our students.Through the crazy year that has 2020 been, they have continued to support our students and their families.
We are all returning to school from Friday 9th October, this is when our VET classes resume. When the students and staff return to our campuses physical distancing and essential hygiene practices will again be in place to ensure that everyone is kept safe and healthy.
