Certificate II in Business (BSB20115)

The Certificate II in Business gives you an introduction to the skills needed to be able to work in administrative roles. You will learn to process a range of business transactions and documents, work effectively with others in a business environment and develop skills to work with business documents, such as spreadsheets. Certificate II in Community Services (CHC22015)

This course will give you an introduction to the skills needed to work in the Community Services sector. You will learn to work with clients, make referrals to services, manage difficult clients, work safely and communicate effectively in the industry. (RTO: Melbourne City Mission 40850)

  • Support worker
  • Assistant community services worker
  • Gardener/grounds person
  • Personal care assistant
  • Care service employee

Certificate II in Creative Industries (CUA20215)

This course will give you an introduction to both creative and workplace skills for the industry. In addition to three core units, you can select from a range of electives, and learn drawing methods and other creative techniques. You will also develop practical workplace knowledge and critical thinking strategies. (RTO: Melbourne City Mission 40850)

Certificate II in Kitchen Operations (SIT20416)

This certificate course is offered through the William Angliss Institute as a part of the HEAT Program. You will learn skills in cookery, kitchen hygiene and using kitchen equipment. These units are complemented by other parts of the HEAT Program, giving you broad experiences to support your career in the kitchen. (RTO: William Angliss 3045)
