City Campus

At the City Campus, we pride ourselves on our inclusive, vibrant and creative community.

Last year our site saw a record number of students graduating as we prepared for the Senior Secondary Certificate reforms, which was simultaneously inspiring and bittersweet. This year we will focus on the new Vocational Major (VM) and Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC). At City campus, we pride ourselves on the friendly, interpersonal connections that have always defined our campus.

Our unique and centralised location provides a fantastic opportunity for excursions, work placements and community projects. The students’ diverse backgrounds, confidence to speak their minds, creativity and commitment to social justice drives many of the activities at the City campus each year, including Cultural Day, IDAHOBIT celebrations and NAIDOC Week events.

We thank all the City and travelling staff for their incredible work ethic and skills. Through their commitment to Hester Hornbrook’s values and mission, we walk alongside our young people on their learning and wellbeing journey through Hester Hornbrook and onto successful post-school pathways.
