Family Therapeutic Engagement Program

Students and their families engaged with our Therapeutic Family Engagement Worker will develop a better understanding of their needs, strengths and areas for further development, both individually and as a family system. Engaged families will develop appropriate strategies and skills, resilience, improve overall family functioning, expand their support network and increase their protective factors.

Therapeutic family engagement services include:

     Intake and assessment with the family

     Long and short-term therapeutic case management

     Secondary consultation

     Professional learning for staff

     Whole school community engagement
