The enrolments process FAQs

How do we start the enrolment process? 

• Go to the homepage of the Hester Hornbrook website and click ENROLMENTS
• Submit the enrolment criteria. 
• Check your emails, for the Hester Hornbrook email listing next steps. 
• Remember to check your junk/spam inboxes for emails. 

Please note: emails may take at least 24 hours to come through, so we appreciate your patience. 

Can we come for a campus tour? 

There are two ways to see the campus in person. 

• Once a student has progressed through to the tour stage of our enrolment process, an email will be sent allowing you to book a campus tour. See Below:

• There are open nights throughout the year, so keep an eye out on our social media pages and website for any upcoming events. 

Please note: students need to be at least 15 years old before a tour can be booked, because they need to meet the enrolment criteria, however they do not need to be at least 15 to attend an open night. 

If a student is currently 14 and turning 15 within a couple of months, can we start the enrolment process now? 

Students need to be 15 before they can submit an enrollment application.  

When are student intakes at Hester Hornbrook? 

We offer a student intake at the beginning of each term, however offers are dependent on the availability of spaces at the requested campus.  

What happens if there are no spaces available at the campus I have requested? 

As part of the enrolment process you are asked to submit your first and second campus preferences. If your first preference is not available, we will offer you your second preference. If this is also unavailable, or you are only interested in your first preference, you will be placed on a waitlist until a space becomes available. 

How will I know when I am put on — or taken off — a waitlist? 

You will receive an email notifying you that you have either gone onto, or come off, a waitlist, along with instructions regarding next steps, so please: 

• Continue to check your emails for the next update. 

• Remember to check your junk/spam inboxes for emails. 

How will I know if I have been officially enrolled at Hester Hornbrook? 

You will receive a formal offer of enrolment via email. Once you have accepted this offer using the link provided, you are officially enrolled at Heter Hornbrook.
