What if I don’t have access to a computer or device to complete the online enrolment process? 

 

Hester Hornbrook is unable to provide access to computers or devices to complete the online enrolment process, so you could try: 

 

  1. Completing the online application via a phone. 
  2. If you do not have a computer or a phone, you could try a local library or internet café. 
  3. You could also ask a trustworthy member of your family or community who has access to a device.
