'Alla Prima' Painting South Melbourne Art & Design

Our amazing pre-service teacher Ben has been leading a class in a series of lessons in portraiture at our South Melbourne Art & Design room.

The students have been learning about mixing tints and shades and applying these to the ‘Alla Prima’ style of painting - painting in one sitting.

The results are astounding and the skill development has been very impressive.
