Canvas incident

Hester Hornbrook Academy has been notified of a cyber incident impacting the Canvas learning management system.

Canvas is a learning platform used by many schools across the world, including Hester Hornbrook Academy.  

Instructure, the vendor of Canvas, has confirmed that Hester Hornbrook Academy data has been  impacted by a cyber security breach. We are working with the vendor to understand any impacts as a result of this breach.   

We are working together across Commonwealth and State and Territory government departments and operational agencies, with peak bodies and impacted organisations to collectively support the national response to this incident.
