What if I haven’t received an update about how my enrolment application is progressing?
You will receive an email update once the enrolments team is able to progress your application to the next stage. We are currently receiving a large volume of enquiries so thank you for your patience. If you have not yet received an update, please:
- Continue to check your emails for the next update.
- Remember to check your junk/spam inbox.
What if I have completed the enrolment criteria but have not received any emails from Hester Hornbrook?
- Check your junk/spam inbox form emails from Hester Hornbrook.
- Make sure you are checking the inbox for the email address listed in the enrolment application. This is where messages from Hester Hornbrook will be sent.
- If there are no emails from Hester Hornbrook at all, then we probably have the wrong email address listed for you. In this case, please email enrolments@hhacademy.vic.edu.au and briefly explain the situation. We can then start sending emails to the correct email address.
What do I do if the link in the email has expired?
What if I have forgotten the password to my email account?
If you can’t access the email account that you provided in the enrolment application, you could try:
- Clicking on the Forgotten password? link underneath the login details when you go to sign in to your email account
- If the Forgotten password? link doesn’t work, you could try setting up a new email account. Once this is done, email enrolments@hhacademy.vic.edu.au and explain that you want to change the email address for your enrolment application to your new email. We will then start sending messages to this new email account.
