What if I don’t have previous school reports to upload? 

 

If you don’t have access to your previous school reports, or the school reports are too old, either: 

  • Ask your current or previous school if they can provide the school reports for you to upload via the link 
  • Email enrolments@hhacademy.vic.edu.au and explain you don’t have access to your school reports. We will book in a screener to determine academic level and appropriate program. 

 

How should I submit school reports and/or other enrolment documents that I have been asked for? 

 

All enrolment documents — including school reports, medical letters, and identity documents — need to be uploaded via the email links requesting these documents, so please: 

 

  • Click on the link at the bottom of the email message

 

Please note: Do not email documents directly to the enrolments team. These documents must be submitted via the email links provided. 

 

What if I don’t have a scanner and can’t scan and upload the enrolment documents that I have been asked for? 

 

Multi-page documents must be scanned in and uploaded as a single file. We cannot accept multi-page documents if each page is uploaded as a separate file (for example, if you have taken a photo of each page). If you do not have access to a scanner, you could try: 

 

  • Using a scanner at a local library, Office Works, news agency etc.  
  • You could also ask a trustworthy member of your family or community who has access to a scanner. 

You cannot submit documents in person to any of our campuses. All documents must be uploaded via the email links provided (see below). 

 

 

Remember to protect confidential and personal identity information. 

 

What if I can’t get medical documents (like letters of diagnosis or medical action plans) straight away?

 

Hester Hornbrook cannot continue the enrolment process until we have these required medical documents. If there is going to be a delay in getting these documents from a medical practitioner, that is fine. Simply: 

 

  • Email enrolments@hhacademy.vic.edu.au and let us know roughly how long it will take you for you to get these documents, and we will put the enrolment application on how.
